Wayne Luke is the
Executive Vice President – People and Organizational Development for
the Atlanta Falcons and the Arthur M. Blank Family Office. His
position is responsible for all human resources activities within
the Falcons and the AMB Family Office where he also devotes a
substantial portion of his time to the professional support and
development of the organization’s associates. A key focus of his
responsibilities also reaches across the Blank-owned businesses with
the proactive institutionalization of the values-based culture upon
which each business was founded.

Luke joined the Falcons
from Heidrick & Struggles International, a leading executive search
firm, where he was the Global Chief Partnership Officer and former
Area Managing Partner for the East Coast, operating from the Atlanta
office. During his 14 years with the firm, Wayne had the
opportunity to serve a long list of diverse companies, which gave
him a broad and seasoned perspective on recruiting and developing
people and how to mold talent into high performance leadership
teams.

Prior to joining Heidrick
& Struggles, Luke was involved in a number of venture capital
financed entrepreneurial ventures in the Bay Area after managing a
business unit for Raychem Corporation in Menlo Park, California.
Luke’s career started in 1972 with Southern Bell in Atlanta, where
he was hired into the firm’s high-potential management development
program and served primarily as a sales and marketing manager.

A native Georgian, Luke
holds an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering with honors
from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also received a
Masters of Business Administration degree with honors from the
Harvard Graduate School of Business. Luke lives in the Buckhead
area with his wife and three children.
