Peggy Titus-Hall Program Title: Remembering, Rekindling, and Maintaining the Passion – Keeping Your Job Search Alive and Kicking! Description: Peg Titus-Hall, President of PeopleGrowth, LLC, will present an uplifting seminar to help you to renew your energy in your job search so you can stand out as a job candidate for a new position or promotion. Learn how to take those passions with you into your job search for current and future positions, as well as into your life. Peg will conduct group exercises to recall what’s meaningful to you in your work and discuss how to rekindle your passion for what you do. She will also talk about how to create "structures" for keeping your passions alive, as well as enlist your personal support systems to maintain your energy and passion. Biography: Peggy Titus-Hall has a varied background working with people in professional development and training. She has guided corporate personnel in individual career development and planning and worked closely with individuals making life transitions, teaching them to develop the practical tools and skills for personal and professional growth. She began teaching adults in 1988 in written communications, human relations, and career development and management. She moved to the corporate sector as a training coordinator and ultimately as an instructional designer where she wrote and developed training for the classroom and the Internet. Over the course of her career, Peggy has worked in a variety of settings, including large and small corporations, retail stores, law firms, and academics. She completed her coaching training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in September 2002 and is currently in certification training to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, effective October 2005.
