Andrea Rosenthal, has a master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Career Education and is recognized as a career management expert.   

Andrea is president of Career Soul~utions,inc, a career management company that supports individuals to identify their unique skills, interests, values, and passions and matches these qualities with careers that contribute to meaningful life work. She brings to her role as the president, a combined 20 years of recruiting, training, facilitation, business management and counseling experience. She also serves as a senior career consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career management firm, with over 240 offices national and internationally. 

Prior to joining Career Soul~utions inc, Andrea was in management and training for both profit and not-for-profit organizations. Andrea has helped people strengthen their skills, assess career aspirations, deal with career transition, and adapt to organizational change.  She also has developed and implemented training and educational programs focused on team building, personal growth and career exploration which have received national recognition.

Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Connecticut   University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Buffalo   University .  She also completed a post-graduate internship in career development at the University of Massachusetts .  She is a member of the Georgia Career Development Association and the International Association of Career Management Professionals (IACMP).
