Biography:

Charene is highly regarded as an expert in quality improvement consulting and training.  She leads the Six Sigma Practice for Cornerstone Six Sigma Consulting.  In this role, she regularly consults and teaches Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, and Baldrige criteria to help companies increase their top and bottom lines by improving their service, business and manufacturing processes.  Using her expertise, she has worked with a number of organizations and helped them to achieve sustainable business improvements and save millions of dollars. Charene has been leading large scale Six Sigma initiatives since 1999.  She is also certified in ROI Analysis confirming that she knows how to analyze financial data, determine the appropriate metrics, and calculate ROI. 

Charene has experience working in important corporate strategic roles.  Some of her work includes: Six Sigma Black Belt where she successfully led multiple high profile Six Sigma projects, managing a number of teams (including one team with 18 plus direct reports), Business Development (where she increased the sales revenue of a declining market by 300% and received a Marketing Excellence Award), Business Analyst (where she was responsible for forecasting and cost analysis of a $75 million budget), and Strategic Planning (where she was responsible for planning the strategic allotment of the corporation’s largest capital budget, $200 million).
