Program Title:  Changes That Matter, For Business, For Career, For Life

Description:

How does change in a person, a group, a family or an organization happen?  Why does change happen?  Are you a change agent?  Life Coach Leah Henderson will be discussing the Nature of Change and assisting us in understanding how to flow through the process of change with less tension.

Biography:     

Leah Henderson, MSCC, CCP (Certified Change Practitioner) is President of Leah Henderson & Associates, LLC.  She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Counseling. Prior to starting Leah Henderson & Associates, Leah was co-owner of Arcuragi and Henderson Marketing Communications, an international advertising and marketing communications company that catered to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
 
Leah has been developing custom workshops for 8 years that are designed to help individuals from diverse backgrounds to reach their personal best.  Her workshops are designed to teach better leadership skills, teambuilding, and to teach both leaders of organizations and employees how to successfully reach common goals.

Leah is Chair of the Board for Enable-USA, a non-profit benefiting children in Colombia who were kidnapped or sold into slavery by the terrorist group FARC, used as child soldiers for the illegal drug operations.  The children supported by ENABLE-USA have been able to escape and are in an amnesty program.  ENABLE-USA also helps children in the USA become aware of the dangers of the dangers of drug abuse.

She is a believer in the power of life long learning and presides as President of her Toastmasters club.

 With a background in industry, non-profits, higher level education, as an entrepreneur and counseling, Leah has an ability to support individuals and teams to reach a greater understanding of themselves and one another.  Combining education and experience, Leah is a perfect fit for individuals in transition and businesses through  organizational change.  As a trainer and consultant, her structured lessons and exercises help teams become aware of how to increase their understanding of the importance of individuals related to the effectiveness of the team.
